Christine Amato Quinn

Christine Amato Quinn is a former Associate Superintendent of schools and has dedicated her career to developing collaborative cultures and building systems capacity. She has worked in diverse settings and built capacity around knowledge of teaching and learning for English language learners and students with disabilities Her mission is to ensure high performance for all students by developing systems that garner results. Christine's passion is promoting high quality adult interactions around student learning through communication, collaboration and distributed leadership development.

Christine's background includes 37 years of experience in California Public schools in diverse and urban settings, as a teacher, special educator, administrator and associate superintendent of educational services. She has studied Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) with Robert Dilts and has applied NLP to education. She has a Masters of Education in educational psychology with a specialization in learning theory and reading. Her expertise includes developing systems that support culturally responsive pedagogy through the sustainment of district and school collaborative cultures.
