Deborah Granger, Ed.D.

Deborah Granger is a certified trainer in Adaptive Schools and an agency trainer with the Center for Cognitive Coaching. She has worked in education as a teacher, administrator, and support provider since 1989, and currently works with the Orange County Department of Education while maintaining a private education consulting agency. Debbie provides professional development for teachers and administrators to support thoughtful school improvement efforts emphasizing exploration of data and professionals learning together. Adaptive Schools Seminar participants in her area have ranged from district office administrators to coaches and department chairs to teams of ROP and business leaders as they work to meet the needs of students in times of fast-paced change.
