Jim Roussin
Jim Roussin is a strategic
change consultant and leadership coach. He spent 23 years in public education and six years as the Executive
Director of Teaching, Learning, and School Improvement, in Minnesota. Jim has consulted for a variety of organizations
across the U.S., such as the National Education Association (NEA); Educational Testing Service (ETS); Minnesota-Hennepin
County Government Services Leadership Academy; San Diego Public Schools (cabinet level leadership training);
as well as school districts throughout Texas.
In February of 2006, Jim traveled to India with Berkana Learning Exchange to explore new forms of leadership that are emerging in global communities. In 2006, he was elected by educators across the nation to serve as a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Staff Development Council (NSDC).

Quality Leadership by Design is focused on working with school leadership teams to help them apply what they call "S.M.A.R.T." (Specific and Strategic, Measurable, Attainable, Results-based, Timebound) goals and processes to their continuous school improvement efforts.

The Chadwick Process is a group consensus-building process. It is based on the premise that by identifying the issues and perspectives of as many people as possible, discussing those issues and perspectives, imagining the best possible outcome, and acting on that vision, an opportunity is provided to reduce conflict.
