Patti Pierce
Patti Pierce has been a change agent in the world of education for the past 15 years. Serving in a variety of roles from parent, to business leader, to educator, to district leader, she has been a catalyst for change not only within in her own school district, but community organizations as well. As a training associate for Adaptive Schools, Patti enjoys facilitating all groups and stakeholders through a collaborative model to a place of decision making, continuous improvement and ultimately to innovation. As the co-creator of her district's model for intensive school improvement and technical assistance, her belief and trust in the Adaptive Schools practices has served as her guiding principle that tiny ripples can ultimately cause major system disturbances and improvement. From building level educator, to professional developer and coach to district leader and consultant, her ability to merge strategic leadership and authentic change drives her passion to create sustainable, reinvigorated capacity in those she works with.
Patti has a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree from Western Illinois University and currently resides in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she has spent the last thirty years raising a family, building a business and enjoying the peacefulness of the Rocky Mountains.
