Susan Thompson

Susan is an educational consultant with a Bachelor's Degree in elementary education from Western Illinois University and a Master's Degree in educational administration from the University of Texas at Tyler. Her experience includes teaching at the elementary, middle and junior high school levels, being a high school assistant principal and presenting, facilitating and consulting at a regional educational service center.

Susan's work focuses on helping educational leaders develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to lead schools into the 21st. Century. She believes that developing leadership is a critical pathway to attaining learning/caring organizations.
