Suzanne Riley

Suzanne is an educational consultant specializing in leadership and collaborative group development. Suzanne worked many years in the Glendale Unified School District as a classroom teacher and Professional Development coordinator. Following this experience, Suzanne was a Visiting Educator at the California State Department of Education and served as a consultant for the statewide Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment (BTSA) Program. In this role, she participated in state and national activities related to new teacher formative assessment and teacher induction. In addition to her professional educational activities, she is a Marriage, Family and Child counselor and a Cognitive CoachingSM training associate. Her fresh perspective is a result of having the unique experience of merging educational organizational skills with the world of counseling and psychotherapy.

Suzanne's expertise includes training development, refinement, delivery and evaluation processes. She provides facilitating, presenting, consulting and coaching skill development. Her extensive background in diversity and equity training and sensitivity add to the richness of her work.
