Summer Leadership Institute: Developing and Facilitating Collaborative Groups—The summer immersion experience is perfect for teams, leaders, and those wishing to further develop Adaptive Schools concepts and skills. There are no prerequisites for the Leadership Institute; significant portions of the Institute will be differentiated.

Presentation, Facilitation, Consulting, & Polarity Management Seminar Dates—Single and multi-day seminars that focus on one or more of the Leadership Hats, as well as teach the template and skills of Polarity Management are available.

Trainers' Forum—To build internal capacity in systems, leaders work to become Adaptive Schools trainers in their agencies, and/or consultant Training Associates. The Forum combines the "curriculum" of the Adaptive Schools Trainers' Guide with the Presentation Skills of "The Presenter's Fieldbook." (The Forum is required for Training Associate Certification and optional/recommended for "Agency Trainer" Certification.)

Trainers' Meeting—In this yearly networking of systems-based "Agency Trainers" with consultant "Training Associates," training protocols are updated, new resources are reviewed, successful strategies are shared, and the community supports the growth of the Adaptive Schools work.
